Don’t Forget The Wedding License
One of the individuals getting married must live in the county you are applying for the license. You are ok to get married anywhere in Michigan once you obtaned the license. If both individuals are from out of state, you must apply in the county you will be married in. There is a 3 day waiting period but you may be able to pay a fee for that to be waived.
